"DexSniper" or "Service" refers to the web application, APIs, and related services operated at dexsniper.app.

"User" or "you" refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.

"Content" refers to all data, scores, analyses, text, and visual elements displayed by the Service.

"Third-Party Services" refers to external platforms and data sources integrated with DexSniper, including but not limited to DexScreener, RugCheck, Solscan, and Solana RPC providers.

By accessing or using DexSniper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using DexSniper, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Authentication is provided via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your DexSniper session.

You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use DexSniper for personal, non-commercial research and analytics purposes.

You must NOT:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data aggressively or beyond reasonable personal use
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit DexSniper data without prior written consent
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading

DexSniper may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing, features, and billing cycles will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are subject to the applicable refund policy at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All DexSniper branding, UI/UX design, scoring algorithms, and original content are the intellectual property of DexSniper and its creators.

On-chain data and publicly available blockchain information are not claimed as proprietary. Third-party data (DexScreener, RugCheck, etc.) is subject to each provider's own terms.

DexSniper integrates with and links to third-party services including DexScreener, RugCheck, Solscan, pump.fun, Telegram, and Solana RPC providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Third-party data (prices, volumes, contract analysis) is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Your use of DexSniper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
